After Motor Trend, one of the world's most renown car publications, threw up multiple tweets Wednesday hinting at the possibility that they had a direct-from-Apple exclusive on the insanely-hushed Apple Car project, much of the car and tech worlds came together for a combined "Uh, what?" moment.
Thankfully now we actually know what's going on.
Motor Trend hired students from the ArtCenter College of Design to put together designs and sketches of what an Apple Car might actually look like. The problem is, they hyped the whole thing up to make it seem like they had received actual "exclusive" pictures of the new Apple Car directly from Apple.
This wasn't the case.
